According to ILNA from Isfahan, Abbas Rezaei, referring to the approval of the National Day of Handmade Carpets, said: In implementation of Article 13 of the Law on Continuous Improvement of Business Environment, it was proposed to maintain a high position of handmade carpets, a day called National Day of Handmade Carpets Be named.
He specified: In the ninety-second session of the dialogue council between the government and the private sector of Isfahan province last year, in paragraph 15 of the proposals, it was decided to make the necessary follow-ups at the national level regarding the naming of the National Handmade Carpet Day.
The governor of Isfahan added: “Fortunately, with the follow-ups done, the 20th of Khordad, at the same time with the International Handicrafts Day, was approved as the national day of handmade carpets.”
